Christmas Eve

Today is Christmas Eve. We had a great day full of cooking and playing! We went to church as a family tonight. I wore the pretty dress Grandpa & Grandma Kraut sent me.



Then I gave everyone Christmas pjs! They loved them! I can't wait to see what Santa brings tomorrow!

Christmas Week! Yay!

Today Keke and Coco flew in! I finally got to meet Keke! It's been such a great day with everyone. We went to Main Street and walked around there for awhile, even though it was only 20 degrees today! I was really warm in my Baby Bjorn with Daddy.


Before we left the house, my Parents as Teachers educator, Ms. Davis, came over. She talked to Mommy and Daddy about how to help me learn to fall asleep on my own and to avoid the separation anxiety.

2008 Drummer Boy!

We went to see Drummer Boy at church tonight. I really liked all of the loud music and pretty lights.
But most of all, I liked having a friend to play with! Olivia came with her Mommy and Daddy! She liked my shoes!! We had lots of fun holding hands and making faces at each other.

Scary Reindeer People!

A long time ago, Mommy was in the hospital having her gall bladder removed and Daddy and Grammy made fun of her with the scary reindeer people. They returned this week. Except I don't think they're scary.. I think they're funny! Watch!

A New Creation

Today, my Mommy made me a holder to keep my bows on so we don't lose them! Now she just needs to get it hung up in my nursery!

Today I was Mommy's little elf playing in my exersaucer. Then, she and Daddy let me play with the Christmas tree!

So today Mommy, Daddy, Porter and I hung out together after church. It was a nice afternoon. Porter and I are getting along much better now!

Grammy's here!

Grammy came for a visit yesterday! We had fun, we went out shopping and out to lunch.

Today she put together my very own Christmas tree. It lives in my bedroom! Here I am standing next to it. It's so pretty, I just want to touch all the ornaments!

First solid food - Squash

Today Mommy gave me my first taste of "real" food - squash!

At first, I wasn't liking it so much...

Then I decided I liked it! Yum, squash isn't so bad!

Five months old!

Today I'm five months old!! Here's my photo shoot with Lulu!!

I surprised Mommy by picking up my paci and putting it in my mouth!

For the rest of my 5 month birthday, Mommy and I went to church from noon until 6:30 to help sort Angel Tree gifts! I took a few naps and smiled at all the other people helping sort gifts!

Aunt Jen came for a visit!

Tonight I got to play with Aunt Jen! Mommy and Daddy thought she was here to have dinner with them, but she was really here to play with me!

Home Sweet Home!

We came home last night. Today I helped Daddy do the laundry!

Then I went to church in my new hat.

Another First - Santa!

Today, I got to try on a new outfit. Mommy's hand is in the way in this picture, but my shirt says "Elf Sized"




Then, Mommy, Daddy, Grammy, Grampy and I all loaded into the car and went to the mall. When we got there, we headed straight for the center of the mall. Sitting there in the middle was a man in a big red suit! Mommy and Daddy kept calling him "Santa Claus" He was a funny man! I sat on his lap and we played while everyone yelled my name and made funny faces.


That night, Daddy and I played under Grammy's Christmas tree!

My First Thanksgiving AND Christmas!

Grammy and Grampy had Christmas morning for me today, since I won't see them on Christmas! I had lots of fun opening my presents! They got me all kinds of fun (EDUCATIONAL YAY!) toys! I especially love the butterfly that I have to chase. Now, I just have to figure out how to crawl so I can catch it. . .

Then Grampy spent the rest of the morning getting the Thanksgiving feast ready! We decided that I'm a littler turkey than the one we were eating!

I chilled out under Grammy's Christmas tree for awhile, then took a nap.

Before bed, I had some quick playtime in Grammy's sink and then went to sleep!

LONG day!

Today Mommy, Grammy, Jordan and I went SHOPPING! We went to lunch, Target, Kohl's... it was a long (but FUN!) day! I got a good nap in the car.

My FIRST plane ride!

Today Mommy, Daddy and I got on an airplane and came to Georgia to visit Grammy and Grampy! My ears hurt on the plane (Mommy forgot to give me Tylenol!)

Tonight we went out to dinner with Grammy's friends. I hadn't taken a nap all day, though, so I slept through Mexican food! After I played with Grampy, of course!

Packing!

Today Mommy ran around the house like a CRAZY person trying to pack for our trip to Georgia. I'm still not sure how we're getting there. Mommy keeps saying an airplane, but I'm not sure what that is. I guess I'll find out soon enough!

Cold Weather is upon us!

It's getting COLD out, so now Mommy and Daddy bundle me all up to go everywhere! I'm all cozy in my hat and mittens, although I don't like not being able to put my fingers in my mouth!!








I like to help Daddy when he's feeding me cereal. Mommy gave me an extra spoon to get it in my tummy faster! Although I still don't like the rice cereal!!


Since I don't like rice cereal, I tried to eat Mommy's camera instead.
