Mommy's Birthday!

Mommy wanted to go to the Magic House for her birthday, so we had a fun family day!

Daddy's Big Surprise

The Birthday Boy!



Mommy and I planned a big surprise for Daddy. It was a few weeks after his birthday (so he didn't suspect a thing!) and Mommy talked him into going for a bike ride in Forest Park.

Little did he know, he was going on a scavenger hunt! At every stop, a few more friends were waiting to join our ride. At the end, we had a big picnic!

Wow-wee!!

Today Mommy built my Exersaucer! Boy is that thing fun! However, we learned a valuable lesson. This VERY stimulating toy is for EARLY in the day -- NO WHERE NEAR BEDTIME! It was VERY hard for me to fall asleep tonight! (That's why I'm still awake!)




Today is Mommy's birthday, so we had fun today! She opened her presents from Daddy and had ice cream cake, her favorite!! We're all going out for dinner on Saturday night. That will be lots of fun!

Daddy went on a retreat with the students this weekend and I missed him so much! But Grammy and Auntie came to town and we had a great time! They spent the weekend fighting over me and trying to see who could make me laugh the most! I got lots of beautiful clothes from Grammy and some really fun rattles from Auntie!

Daddy came home today. He, Mommy and I went to dinner at Macaroni Grill to celebrate his birthday. He also opened all of his presents from Grammy, Mommy and Auntie. That was fun! He had a good time!

I showed Daddy how I learned to SPLASH in the tub this weekend! He was impressed! After I got my pjs on, Daddy laid me on he and Mommy's bed until Mommy was ready to nurse me for the night. Mommy started giving me raspberries on my belly and I LAUGHED! A real big kid laugh! Daddy thought Mommy did it at first, but then they both realized it was me! They were so proud of me!

I missed my Daddy and I'm glad he's home now!

Daddy's Birthday!

Today is Daddy's 29th birthday! I had lots of smiles for him when I woke up nice and early (5:30AM!). Daddy worked from home today so Mommy and I made sure he got lots of nice surprises, including a big breakfast and a yummy afternoon snack.

We didn't really get to celebrate his birthday, because he worked late then had to go to church, but we'll celebrate for real on Sunday when he gets home from the retreat!
